Course Description

The course examines the current institutional framework for the organization and operation of the health system. Specifically, it analyzes the institutionalization and the structural organization of the NHS, it examines the constitutional obligations of the health system and the right to health protection and presents recent legislation on hospitals procurement and public health.

  • Understanding of the institutional and administrative organization of the National Health System
